Build a Real Estate Website — No Coding Required

Build a real estate website without coding using Lovable. Property listings, search filters, contact forms, and SEO — live in 30 minutes. No WordPress needed.

What You'll Build

A professional real estate website with:
  • Property listings with photos, details, and pricing
  • Search and filter functionality by price, location, and type
  • Lead capture form connected to a database
  • SEO-optimized pages for local search and AI engines
  • Mobile-responsive design for house hunters on the go

Tool: Lovable (no coding needed) Time: ~35 minutes Cost: Free tier to start

Step 1: Why Not WordPress?

WordPress needs hosting, plugins, security updates, and a developer when things break. Lovable generates a real website from a text description — no code, no maintenance, no server management. You own the code and can export to GitHub anytime.

Step 2: Describe Your Site

Go to lovable.dev → New Project. Paste this prompt and customize the brackets:

text
Build a modern real estate website for [Your Name / Agency Name], a [type — e.g., residential real estate agent, luxury property specialist, commercial broker] serving [City/Region].

Pages needed:
- Home: Hero section with a property search bar (location, price range, property type dropdown), headline "[Your Tagline — e.g., Find Your Dream Home in Austin]", and a grid of 3-4 featured listings below. Include a "Why Choose Us" section with 3 value propositions.
- Listings: Property grid with filter sidebar for price range, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type ([House], [Condo], [Townhouse], [Land]), and location. Each card shows property image, price, address, bed/bath count, and square footage.
- Property Detail: Individual listing page with image gallery (4-6 photos), full description, property specs table (beds, baths, sqft, year built, lot size), map placeholder, and a "Schedule a Viewing" contact form.
- About: Agent bio, years of experience, certifications, service areas, and client testimonials.
- Contact: Form with name, email, phone, property interest, and message fields. Include office address and phone number.

Design: Professional, trustworthy, high-end. White and [navy blue / charcoal] color scheme with [gold / teal] accents. Large property photos. Clean card layouts.

SEO: Add proper meta titles and descriptions to every page. Include an XML sitemap, robots.txt, and RealEstateAgent schema markup.

Mobile responsive. Fast loading. Sticky contact button on mobile.

Checkpoint: Lovable generates a full preview with all pages in the sidebar.
